Wacky Wednesday When Secrecy, Spin, And Outrage Replace Governance
California’s policy circus just raised the tent—and we brought the receipts. We open with Eric Swalwell’s headline-friendly promise to “unmask” ICE and charge agents with crimes, then lay out why the Supremacy Clause makes that a nonstarter. Beyond the civics lesson, we get into the damage that reckless rhetoric does in the real world: it inflames tensions, confuses voters, and targets the wrong problem when the immigration system itself needs serious, lawful reform.
From there, we track the financial fallout of big promises meeting hard budgets: Medi-Cal’s reversal for undocumented adults after years of rapid expansion. We break down who’s still covered, where the loopholes are, and how sudden eligibility shifts destabilize hospitals, clinics, and patients. Then we follow the money to Sacramento’s most opaque construction site: a $1.1 billion Capitol Annex shrouded in thousands of NDAs. Security and bid integrity are valid concerns—but “broad information” gagged from taxpayers flips accountability on its head. If public dollars fund it, public scrutiny should frame it.
We also confront the content mills that keep outrage alive. From claims of “illegal orders” in the military to AI-elevated health conspiracies, too many viral stories rely on insinuation over evidence. If there were real smoking guns, they’d land in court filings and major outlets, not cryptic livestreams. And yes, we call our own side to a higher bar: character matters, especially for those seeking power. Accountability beats spin, every time.
If you’re hungry for clear arguments grounded in law, fiscal reality, and basic transparency, this one’s for you. Share it with someone who swallows headlines whole. And while you’re here, subscribe, leave a review, and tell us: which claim or policy in this episode deserves the most scrutiny next?
Hello, America, and welcome back to another episode of the Last Gay Conservative Podcast. I'm your host, Chad Law, America's binary brother, the holiest homo and the gayest conservative of all time. Happy New Year, everyone. Don't forget, I always love hearing from you. Send me a happy new year message or a rant, whatever you want. Phone number's 866 Last Gay. That's 866 LastGay. Send a message. Call that number, leave a message on the voicemail if you remember what that is. Or pick up your device right now. Go to the description of the episode. Right on the top, there's a link. It says text the show. Let me have it, folks. Again, there's no censorship here in the last gay conservative podcast. So let me have it. I'll bring it up on the air. Wouldn't be wacky Wednesday if we didn't talk about wacky California. Craziness in California expands as illegals now no longer qualify for Medi-Cal benefits, which is the California version of Medicaid. On top of that, Newsom continues to be in hot water as he continues to criticize Trump's expansion, rebuild, and reconstruction of the White House ballroom. Come to find out, Gavin Newsome has a secret state building annexed. It's costing the taxpayers over a billion dollars that every single person involved in the project has had to sign a multi-page NDA. There's been no hearings, there's been no votes, there's been absolutely no democratic process. It was budgeted, passed, and signed by Gavin Newsome, yet no one knows what's happening. He's building a private, secret building with taxpayer dollars while he sits and criticizes Trump for improving the White House using private funding. It's not costing us anything. On top of that, Swalwell is now saying that if he becomes governor of California, he will prosecute and unmask ICE again. I know these talking points work well in the liberal media, but apparently Swalwell doesn't know what the supremacy clause is, or he's never picked up a copy of the United States Constitution. These are the type of election promises that liberals make that never come true because he legally cannot do it. Top of that, it wouldn't be a wacky Wednesday without exposing the left's biggest lies of the week. We've got Madow, Jojo from Jurz, and Harry Sisson, and the last gay civilist recovery center, with Megan Kelly, Tucker Carlson, and Nick Fuentes all making bigger asses of themselves than they have been. Every week. It's like Groundhog Day. They make bigger asses out of themselves every single day. Stop! Don't know why we can't just get back to a sense of normalcy, but apparently that doesn't work with clickbait and salacious reporting. All of that and more when we come back after these words. Unfortunately, Eric Swalwell, the governor of California, or any state authority, does not outrank federal authority. The Constitution in Article 6, Clause 2, is called the Supremacy Clause. That establishes hierarchy of authority between the Constitution, federal laws, and state laws, which go one, two, three. Constitution's on top, federal, then state laws. However, these sorts of emotionally charged, false campaign promises is what keeps all the havoc and craziness going on right now. You are not able to unmask. The city of Los Angeles is tried, the city of San Francisco has tried. You can't pass laws that interfere with federal operations. Period. There's not a judge in the world that would uphold any of these rulings. But the other biggest problem with what he's doing here is that he's hinting or making it sound like these ICE agents are breaking the law. Let's have a listen to what he has to say.
SPEAKER_00:What would you bring to the table as a governor of California? Well, you have immense powers as governor of California, and your responsibility is to protect the most vulnerable in the state. So if the president is going to send ICE agents to chase immigrants to the fields where they work, what I'm going to do is make sure that they take off their masks and show their faces, that they show their identification, and if they commit crimes, that they're going to be charged with crimes. If it's falsely imprisoning people, if it's kidnapping of assault battery, they're going to be held accountable. I also think if the governor has the ability to issue driver's licenses to people in California, if you're going to wear a mask and not identify yourself, you're not going to be eligible to drive a vehicle in California. There's a lot you can do, but most importantly, you have to go on offense. Otherwise, the most vulnerable in our community will always be on defense.
SPEAKER_01:So the first thing I want to break down there is that he's talking about how he's always on the offensive. I don't know how he's always on the offensive. He's been stripped from all of his clearances, all of his committee seats. He was proven to have active ties with CCP operatives that helped him with fundraising, helped him become a politician. He's a mouthpiece for China. He's a globalist, he's a socialist. But most importantly, he's a liar. Again, January 6th, that's his big thing. January 6th. The first unarmed insurrection in world history is what he wants to talk about. That's all he focuses on. And now he's talking tough if he becomes California governor. Here's the problem is that ICE agents aren't breaking any laws. He has no grounds to arrest them. Just like the government and Secretary Heggseth aren't giving the military any illegal orders. It's always if and but. I want to say if ifs and buts were candies and nuts, we'd all have a Merry Christmas. Dwight from the office reminded me of that phrase because when you hear these Democrats like Eric Swalwell talking, it's all if, but, and never straightforward, tangible action steps. There is no law he can create to unmask and arrest ICE agents. Is if they're committing crimes, I'll arrest them. And if they don't want to wear a mask, they can't drive a car in California. Again, supremacy clause. Federal vehicles surpass the jurisdiction of the state traffic laws or state driver's license laws. The guy doesn't know what he's talking about. The sad thing is he probably will become governor of California because Californians largely suffer from Trump derangement syndrome. The electorate there is completely watered down with dung, young, non-tax paying voters because most of the decent middle, upper middle class voters, normal Americans, have fled the state. So the voter pool is perfect for swallow. It is socialism all the way. But again, he thinks he is going to have authority as the governor of California above the United States Constitution. And he's making promises to voters that he cannot keep. Constant pushback against the Federals being on the offensive strength. It's not strength. What you're doing is you're picking up your toys and walking out of the sandbox. You're trying to do everything you can to block the wants, needs, and demands of the American people if it doesn't necessarily apply to California or what you believe California's law enforcement or California's immigration should look like. That's not how the law works. That's not how this country was established. But these are rogue politicians that do and talk to whoever they want. They raise money with whoever they want. And then they sit and they point the finger and they blame everyone else. Which is ironic because he talks about breaking the law and arresting ICE agents. But this is someone who's been stripped of every clearance, every committee seat, because he's a known CCP mouthpiece. Period. He acts so tough. He talks so tough. The guy is so crazy. He goes on to accuse ICE agents of false imprisonment, kidnapping, assault. None of which have happened, none of which have been reported. You don't think these watchdog groups would show images and pictures of assaults and kidnaps and false arrests to be happening? It's not happening. Even the Albrego Garcia wasn't a false arrest, even though the media tried to spin that story in that way. So again, what these people do, they say and create emotional responses by making these asinine, outrageous claims that make people more violent, make people more upset, make people want to attack ICE agents more, because they think, oh, there's someone who's potentially going to be the governor of California, and he is saying that ICE agents are committing assault, kidnapping people, and arresting people illegally, which is not true. But this is why we have the unrest, and there's nothing he could do about it, anyways. Why even say it? The only reason why he's saying it is to create emotional charges and have more unrest in the streets. And as the governor of California, no, you can't tell people that they can't drive with a mask on. Can't revoke licenses for masking, which is so funny because I lived in California during COVID and it had to be the state with the most amount of idiots driving around in their own car by themselves with masks on. With that theory, half of the state would have lost their driver's licenses over. And when he talks about protecting the most vulnerable, these illegal aliens, well, guess what? Democrats in California and Gavin Newsom have now had to cut off Medi-Cal for illegal aliens, the most vulnerable. So he's not talking about that. Why doesn't he talk about the fact that they completely bankrupted health care? It destroyed hospitals, it destroyed urgent cares and doctors' offices, because they allowed all of these asylum seekers and parolees to qualify for Medi-Cal billions and billions of dollars without any revenue to pay it back, other than either expecting federal money or raising taxes on Californians. Those were the only two options they had. Well, they got to keep winning elections, so they can't raise taxes, so they've had to turn the sprinkler off to the illegal aliens. Traditionally, when this happens, a lot of people leave. So it'll be interesting to see how many of this most vulnerable population sticks around when their free medical care gets turned off. To me, this is just as much fraud, it's just legal fraud that's been perpetuated by the Democrats in California to get people who have never paid into the system free health care at the expense of people who are paying into the system. That's wealth redistribution 101. That's socialism 101. And this is what's happening in the state of California every day, which is why hundreds and thousands or millions of people have left the state. So it is wacky Wednesday today when Swalwell's saying this stuff. So they can see I passed a law that demassed ICE agents. None of them are going to be de-massed. And there might be a rogue judge or two in California that upholds one of these silly ordinances for a second until it goes to the Ninth Circuit who will immediately strike it down based on the most one of the most clear, cut and dry parts of our constitution, which is the Supremacy Clause. This guy's Walwell is merely fanning the flames, trying to create more tension, more unrest, and more civil disobedience and more violence against ICE agents under the guise of protecting California's most vulnerable. Guess what? How about not having California's most vulnerable have to come in the way they've come in, be treated the way they'd be treated? None of that would happen if we just had effective legal immigration. But his solution, again, is to go after the ICE agents that are simply enforcing laws that have been on the books for many, many years. That's his solution. Instead of taking a step back and talking about immigration reform, this is what these people do. When he talks about he's on the offensive every day, no, he's not. He's on the defensive every day. And all he's doing is slinging this crap to keep the confusion, the unrest, the civil disobedience going, the violence going, because that's when Democrats thrive politically. Mandami is a perfect example. There's an interesting article here. The Department of Healthcare Services, which administers the state Medicaid program called Medi-Cal, announced the move in August. The department stated on its website that immigrants with unsatisfactory immigration status will not be able to sign up for Medi-Cal on January 1st, tomorrow. And that's a reference to illegal aliens. California politicians have said federal cuts approved by Congress, Trump-era tariffs, and ongoing attacks on our undocumented communities have created true fiscal strain for people in states like California. You're right, but it's not the tariffs and the cuts. It's the illegals that have caused this strain. In response to the legislator acted to protect care by minimizing and postponing reductions in coverage, the cost of the federal government's erosion of health care is extremely high, both in tens of millions of dollars to our state and in real health consequences for Californians. Not Californians, illegals. Do they deserve health care? Yes, it's a basic human right, but not for free. Not if they're not paying into the system. Not if we can't track their progress. Not if they're criminals. That's how these things work. According to the new rules issued by the Department of Healthcare Services, immigrants between ages of 19 and 59 who are undocumented or have other immigration status deemed unsatisfactory are not pregnant and do not have severe dental needs, like extreme pain or needing a tooth pulled, will not be able to sign up for Medi-Cal. Okay. So that's great. So now they just have to say they're either pregnant or they need teeth pulled in order to be able to sign up for Medi-Cal. There's the loophole. I wonder how many emergency dental Medi-Cal enrollees we're going to see after tomorrow. And how many people will flee the state when they can no longer get free health care. It's going to be a true testament here, folks. It goes on to say adults over 19 years old who already have Medi-Cal will be able to keep their coverage as long as they renew their policy during their renewal month. Children and pregnant women will still be eligible for Medi-Cal regardless of their immigration status, the department said. So again, come here. If you're pregnant, you can still get it. So, yes, has Congress been able to control this slightly? A little bit through funding cuts, but the Democrats will always find a way to service these people because it's part of a larger game. Import, create dependency with social services, give them voting rights, and remain in power. We know this has been happening for many, many, many years. This is Bill Clinton stuff, even before that. This guidance follows the passage of a state budget in June that mandated a freeze on Medi-Cal enrollment by illegal aliens, which is estimated to save 86.5 million from the 2025-2026 budget, and more than 857 million in 26 and 27, 2 billion in 27 and 28. Here's the thing: the second they can, they'll go back to enrolling all illegals. They just had to do something to control a huge windfall deficit of billions and billions of dollars because they extended and expanded social services rapidly, and in turn, billions of dollars have gone missing as well. The mismanagement in Sacramento is just astonishing. The federal budget passed this year cut$1 trillion from Medicaid, according to the California Budget Policy Center. The state's Medicaid program called Medi-Cal provides health insurance to an estimated 14.8 million people in the state in 25-26, according to a report from the California Department of Health and Human Services. And that was written by Madeline Shannon over at the centersquare.com, which is a it's an independent newspaper with a California section that's largely non-biased. I suggest all of you read it, if you're readers. Or you can just listen to me and I'll give you all the information. All right, we'll get back into Wacky Wednesday when we come back after these words. And we're back with more Wacky Wednesday as California lawmakers and leaders of Gavin Newsom's Secret State Building Annex double down, defending their use of multi-page over 2,000 non-disclosure agreements on everyone involved in the project who cannot share broad information with the taxpayers who are funding the building.
SPEAKER_03:Agreeing to keep broad information about this project a secret. Will those remain in place as this building is being built?
SPEAKER_06:Well, I just want to throw off with explaining why there we have NDAs with respect to this project.
SPEAKER_04:And those subcontracts are subject to bidding. And there's a real desire that there be a way that information that doesn't influence those bids or put the subject. Your question said, Why don't we talk about broad things? We're here to talk about the broad things.
SPEAKER_01:Fraudulent, shady, or dark money. All have been found to be false. What is fraudulent, shady, and dark money is this California state capital annex project. It's a$1.1 billion project that Gavin Newsom budgeted, funded, signed off on. Now he's pretending like he didn't really know anything about it. It happened within the legislator and he wasn't involved, which is obviously not the case, because as the governor of California, he oversees every line item on that budget.$1.1 billion is a significant line item. For him to say that he missed that line item when he was signing the budget would be even a bigger lie than him pretending like he doesn't know anything about this. They all know plenty about it. It's actually come out now that in every single project meeting, the governor had an appointed representative to take notes and debrief him during the budgeting process and planning of this project. Guess who doesn't really know anything? The taxpayers, the residents of California, the people that are putting footing the bill to this building. So the Democrats have all sorts of excuses as to why they utilize NDAs from bidding to security. But really, it doesn't answer the question. Why is basic broad information covered in these non-disclosure agreements? If there are security concerns, if there are bidding concerns, the purpose of NDAs, which is why there are several different types of NDAs, just in business, we have uh mutual NDAs, we have one-sided NDAs, we have personal NDAs, we have company NDAs. NDAs are a legal document that can be totally customized in order to control the information that you want to control from being shared. But there is a basic fundamental right to information from anyone who's footing the bill, which includes me and millions of other Californians. We have the right to that information. We have a right to the hearing, and we have a right to know where our dollars are going. Is it reasonable for the contractors to sign NDAs over the plans of the security hallways, etc.? Of course. Taxpayers don't need to know where the Secret Service is going to be storing the president, the governor, or if something happens, or if there's shelter in place or whatever. That's not broad basic information. That's very specific information. If bidding is the issue, then you use NDAs to control conversations around pricing and cost of materials and build of materials. This is basic business one-on-one. But apparently, that sense in California has gone out the window and people buy into this crap. Listen to these Democrats excuse the use of 2,000 NDAs for a base building. Now, keep in mind that they do shady shit like this all the time. The woman who's been the chief of staff for Newsom, who now looks like she'll be going to jail, she's a severe alcoholic, she secretly slid in somehow when they built the new DNC building in Sacramento to have a statue of her daughter put on the roof. So if they do things like that there, then how do we know that our taxpayer dollars aren't being used to put a statue of Gavin Newsom's dog on the roof or hidden rooms that taxpayers should know about? According to people that have a better understanding of the project, apparently it's so secretive because there's all kinds of catacombs that have been created to avoid media. Another Democrat special, so they can campaign, campaign from basements and direct public policy from basements and never be held accountable to the people who are footing the bill. I mean, this is the definition of wacky, but of course he has the audacity to criticize the president. This is someone who people are talking about running for president, who, if he does run, will have a good chance of winning. He's got enough dark money, enough NGOs, enough uh nonprofits, an affiliation with some of the wealthiest people, including the Getty family, to make it happen. That's just the reality of the situation. And for my friend like John Cobelt, for example, from the John and Ken show in KFI, he seems to think that the Democratic opposition and the primary process will expose much of this fraud of Gavin Newsome's. I hope he's right. I really do hope John Cobelt is right. I don't think so. I think in typical Democrat fashion, they've already appointed Chairman Newsom. They might have a pretend primary like they did for Hillary Clinton and Bernie Sanders when it was exposed that Hillary was already appointed. The primary was merely for media purposes. So I don't think he's going to get a lot of competition or pressure. And I think the Democrats are whipped into shape to support whatever the party says. Hopefully, as the Democratic Socialists of America overtake the DNC, they will want to run their own candidate. Someone who's more of a socialist, someone more like Zoran Mundami. That will be easier to win in a general election than someone like Gavin Newsom that's largely spent his time in California hiding, crafting messages, and doing everything he can to ensure that his political future is secure versus putting the state first, which is what we talk about with the governors we want to see becoming president, like Ron DeSantis. Ron DeSantis could have been on every single television station doing all sorts of things in order to self-promote, while now he will be a frontrunner to run for president if he wants to in 2028. But he's not doing that. He's put the state of Florida first. That tells me that he would do the same for the American people as a president. Gavin Newsom is the perfect example of someone who puts themselves first. And we saw that when his restaurant unmasked with all his billionaire friends. Meanwhile, businesses in California, all over the place, were shuddering. Hospitals were closing down. People were having to mask, couldn't get to work, shelves were empty, was the biggest nightmare. And there's Gavin Newsome enjoying wine and a fancy dinner with a bunch of billionaires at his Napa restaurant, French laundry. Point that I'm trying to make here, folks, is that every critique that comes out of this guy's mouth about the president, he's doing something 10 times worse. He's destroyed healthcare in California. He's destroyed gas in California. He's destroyed the prices of utilities. It's now come out that his California State Parks Department was largely responsible for the Palisades fire. His buddy, Jessica Cunones, the head of the LADWP, is the reason the reservoirs for fire control were not filled during the Palisades fire. This guy has a record worse than Putin, but he stands a chance of becoming the ex-president of the United States because the media has done such a great job of spreading this Trump derangement syndrome where people would rather put up a total globalist socialist fraud if it means stopping evil Donald Trump. We know none of that is true. And those who live in California and breathe and experience Chairman Newsom's reign every day know that he would in fact be the worst thing for the United States. And this little state annex building is a perfect example. Everything's secretive. And listen, if he wanted to do it secretive, he should have just gotten private funds like Trump did. But Democrats don't do that. They see taxpayers as their own personal bank accounts, and they never look outside of their tax base for additional sources of revenue to help move things along. Something that Trump has done in this term fantastically, and something that Democrats could learn a lot from. Utilizing and leaning on private donation, foreign sources of money, and expanding our business into new markets versus relying on the same old people for more and more and more tax revenue. Which is why now California is going to seriously be weighing these wealth levies on billionaires. That's why people like Peter Thiel are already sh on the next flight out of there. He's actually talking about making these wealth levies retroactive. So billionaires from years ago would have to pay retroactive taxes on these levies. And this is all to make up for all the buy-a-vote programs that largely stem back from COVID times that he launched in order to remain in power, in order to push his presidential dream forward that has created a multi-hundred plus billion dollar windfall deficit for the state of California. And that's why actual Californians are suffering, not because of the tariffs. But I swear it's wacky Wednesday. Everything's opposite day in Sacramento. And so this state annex building, we're going to keep an eye on it and eventually find out the real reason behind all the secrets and all the backdoor planning. And not one public hearing, not one vote, not one focus group, nothing that included the public. Generally speaking, when politicians go rogue and do projects like this without public involvement and think they know better, they fall flat. Another perfect example is what we're seeing in Minnesota. Tom Emmer, who was the uh minority whip at the time during Paul Ryan's reign in Congress, a Republican for Minnesota, thought he knew better than everyone in Minnesota who had have recorded meetings, letters, phone calls, requesting moratoriums and help with assimilation with the Somali replacement programs that were largely failing in 2016. But again, Uniparty, basically a Democrat, just like Paul Ryan. What does he do? He'd all falls on deaf ears, he does nothing, and look where it is now, because he thought he knew better than the people of Minnesota, and they clearly didn't. And this is what happens. When politicians go against their constituents, it breeds fraud, waste, theft, and crime. Period. That is what this state building is. This has largely been done without the input or say from the constituents, from the taxpayers. And when politicians do that, nothing good can ever come of it. Mark my words. All right, we'll have a little more fun when we get back with the Left's Biggest Lies of the Week and the last gay syphilis recovery center after these words. And we're back for more wacky Wednesday on this New Year's Eve. Hoping you're all enjoying your holiday. Rachel Maddow takes the cake for the Left's Biggest Lies of the Week this week. She's trying to revive her career that's currently circling the toilet bowl with Barry Weiss and MS Now by producing these at-home sort of Instagram or YouTube short clips that are very interesting. One of the things that she's talking about is how scary and detrimental Secretary Hegess leadership of the grand U.S. military is for the American people and for American members of the military. Let's have a listen to what she has to say.
SPEAKER_02:Obviously, the the risk here is most directly the crimes that are being committed, the people are being killed. The secondary risk is to our country, um, and specifically to the members of the military who are being told to commit war crimes, who are being told to do illegal things because the civilian leadership of the military is telling them do it or else.
SPEAKER_01:Wow, a lot to unpack there. Or actually, there's not a lot to unpack there because if you notice, she doesn't say anything. This is the latest strategy for the left media that talks about these things that aren't really happening in the ifs and buts context. She's talking about insinuating that Secretary Hegseth is demanding that people kill illegally under his command, and that there's somehow lawyers out there that are backing him up. Again, everything with these people is personal attacks. She talks about Fox and Friends. And if you notice, when she talks about Fox and Friends, she's about to talk about the audience of Fox and Friends on the weekend. She quickly checks herself and makes it more about Pete Hegseth because she doesn't want to offend millions and millions of Americans that tune in to watch the number one cable programs on Fox News every weekend. So she has to criticize his career. She has to criticize the fact that she has to criticize his career. She has to insinuate that he's somehow a drunk or an alcoholic falling off a bar stool. These are the antics and the tactics of these people on the left. But also, where is she recording from? It looks like she's in prison. I mean, is she in the she looks like she's recording from the bathroom of some lesbian bar outside of Dallas, Texas? I mean, this woman is so out of touch. She is so completely false, and now she's coming unhinged, literally making up stories about the U.S. military. And she's talking about these boat strikes. She wants you to believe that families in Venezuela were on cruise ships, snorkeling, scuba diving, and surfing. When Secretary Haig said, as she said, rolled off a bar and yelled at the military to kill them all, which then some le which then some lawyer backed up with legal precedent. All untrue. The information has been laid out. There was absolutely no wrongdoing. And yeah, people got killed that were on drug boats heading to this country. Who cares? They should have never been on drug boats in the first place. They blatantly lie. This entire clip is a lie because there are no illegal orders, there are no war crimes being committed. Again, folks, the bureaucracy, the anti-Trump, the anti-Republican federal bureaucracy, the fourth branch of government that's been established by mismanagement and overspending on both sides, have done everything they can to leak, destroy, and obstruct the American people, aka Trump's agenda. If there were war crimes being committed, if there were illegal activities and orders being given, this information would leak so fast it's not even funny. All the leaks from uh that Axios gets around Israeli dealings and the Israel and Hamas conflict, they've got a direct line into the fourth branch of government no American ever wanted or voted for. The bureaucracy. Those entrenched bureaucrats have made it their mission to destroy the Trump agenda, which is largely to reduce their ability to govern, reduce their ability to discredit representative government, and most importantly, reduce their ability to lead and rule these departments that the American people think elected representatives are leading. That is the bureaucratic state of the federal government. That's why we know there's nothing in these Epstein files about Trump. It would have been leaked a long time ago. There's no war crimes, it would have been leaked a long time ago. There are forces deep within the federal government that all they want to do is leak, destroy, and obstruct the Trump administration. And people like Rachel Maddow and Axios and MediaIight and all these, they run with this information. Or they use unnamed sources that are close to the project. Either way, she didn't have an unnamed source or any leaks to back this up. She's literally using her position to lie. There is no war crimes, there is no killing, and there are no service members being told drunkenly that they need to kill people under Secretary Heggseth. It's just not happening. It's completely asinine. How this woman has remained on the air for this long is beyond me. She's an absolute psychopath. And most importantly, she doesn't even really walk the walk of her crazy liberal antics that she talks about. She's a very, very wealthy woman who has never once paid a dollar and over taxes. Public charitable donations are very, very weak. She does nothing to contribute to the community. She does nothing for the gay community. She literally sits in a lesbian bar basement with her headphones on and has these conversations where she can just spew and lie. And what's really funny is that she's just jealous because she so badly wants to move from media into being some sort of government official. She wishes she was Gen Saki. She wishes she could do the level of work that Pete Heggseth gets to do coming from the private sector, coming from the media. It's pure and utter jealousy and it's disgusting. This is someone who cannot help herself but lie. If there were war crimes going on, if there were killings going on, if there were drunken orders being given, we would all know about it and would be on the front page of the New York Times, the LA Times, and the Chicago Tribune before she could even get on her Instagram from her lesbian bar dungeon or wherever she's filming from. And that is the left's biggest lie of the week. All right. Left biggest lie number two, usual culprit, Jojo from jurs, the pretty but dumb leftist influencer with over a million followers who tries to pedal all sorts of conspiracies, is now entering the Trump health debate. Which I think is so funny. She posted and pedaled pictures of Trump's bruised hands last week, but forgot to mention her point. Though I guess the point they're trying to make is that Trump's health is not nearly as good as what Republicans and conservatives and others try to uh espouse. However, they offer no evidence. Trump's bruising is merely a result of handshaking, like they already announced in the White House. But also, if you have a grandfather or anyone older in their 70s or 80s, even my dad, if they hit their table wrong, sometimes they get massive bruising. Part of that is just as we get older, protective fatty layer that we have in our skin, between our skin and our blood vessels, is weaker. It's just part of getting old. But my question to Jojo and the Daily Beast and all these people that are trying to spread this around is what is your point? I know you're still upset that Joe Biden's health, mental acuity, and mental fitness was constantly in question. But there was a reason for that. His results indicated that there was something seriously wrong. You can't make that argument with Trump. You can't say, oh, here are these terrible disasters that are going on. There must be something wrong with them because there are no disasters. Economically, we're winning. Internationally, we're winning. In trade, we're winning. At the borders, we're winning. We're winning across the board. There are no crazy results that people could use mental acuity to try to justify why things are the way they are, why things are so bad, the way we did with Joe Biden. When you come into office and wars break out, when you come into office and utility prices and gas double and triple. When you come into office and inflation starts creeping towards 10%, we're going to start looking for reasons why. And that's why we look at mental acuity or health. But you have to have a reason to back that up. Just spreading that Trump's not healthy is stupid. And it does nothing for you and it proves nothing. All you're doing is trying to use the exact same argument that people use against Joe Biden's overall health and mental acuity against Trump without anything to back it up in typical leftist fashion. The thing is, is there's so many other stories, so many other things that these people could be focused on. But no, they want to look at the bruising on Trump's hands. Anyone who's ever been around a man in their 70s or 80s, especially with lighter skin, for whatever reason, that's what happens. We bruise more easily. So yeah, a ton of handshakes, firm handshakes, or even just a bump on the desk could create a bruise. But what's your point? Make your point. There's bruising. What does the bruising mean? What are you trying to tell the American people? Nothing. You're trying to distract and again create charged emotional responses, hinting that the president might not be in the best of health without tying it to any results, lack of action or actions that have occurred during this bruising. So it's just endless storytelling and rumor spreading. And that's the job of these influencers like Jojo from Jurs on the Left. Just like last week, she posted an AI-created picture of JD Vance in an argument with his wife at a fancy restaurant wearing a tank top. It wasn't true. Furthermore, she's not able to tie any results, lack of results, or initiatives that she's unhappy with these findings. Do your job, do better. Pictures of bruising hands without any context of why there should be even a concern about it is stupid. You're a liar. Get a life. And last but not least, twink of the week, Harry Sisson continues to spread Epstein lie after lie in order to paint the president as some sort of pedophile. However, once again, ten years later, no more information. No more pictures. No more facts. There's a letter written recently that they discovered in this latest dump where apparently Jeffrey Epstein or someone wrote a letter to Larry Nasser, the disgraced Olympic coach who'd been raping girls for many years, that the president of the United States shares their same love of noble young women. Well, the FBI has already said that the letter's fake. It's completely unverifiable. But again, people like Harry Sisson will run with this crap because they have no ethics. This is clickbait 101. He's trying to tie this letter to something. So you've got, even if Jeffrey Epstein did write the letter, desperate people that are going to jail, that are under criminal investigation, start doing crazy things to find leverage. You can see a lot of what Jeffrey Epstein did during Trump's first term was try to corner or paint tiny little pieces together to create a story of leverage that could be used in order to avoid prosecution. It didn't work. They're tiny little bits and pieces that can be easily proven false. But again, the twink of the week, Harry Sisson continues to hammer the information that Trump is somehow some criminal involved in Epstein's pedophilia and human trafficking. It's just not there. They're just conspiracies, and it's completely false. I understand the allure. The Lebstein stuff is juicy stuff, folks, but the Trump smoking gun that the Democrats have been talking about for the last eight years just doesn't exist. Furthermore, to increase the level of his lie, his big source now is Marjorie Taylor Green. Harry Sisson is saying that Marjorie Taylor Green's statement that Trump told her that a lot of his friends would get in trouble for releasing the Epstein files is now fact. Like she's a credible, valid source when, in fact, she's been proven to say or do whatever she needs to in order to remain in power or in order to remain in the good graces of the media or whatever she's thinking. But she's a crazy person. You can't say, oh, and Trump and Marjorie Taylor Green were so close. They weren't close. They had no social friendship before they were in politics together, and they really didn't have a friendship on the side either. She wasn't spending time down at Mar-a-Lago. She wasn't in his inner circle. She's a junior congresswoman from buttfuck, Georgia, who really just spouted off whatever she wanted to say. This is someone people like The View and Jojo from Jurs and Harry Sisson use as a source so they can perpetuate their lies. The funny thing is, this is the same woman who claims that there's Jewish run lasers ready to shoot down from outer space and take out major cities in America. So is should we also take that as gospel? In fact, Harry, you can't pick and choose sources from what they say in order to make it fit your narrative. It just doesn't work. You're lying. And until you can show some hard evidence of Trump's relationship with Epstein, everything you're spinning right now is things we've already known, and there's no smoking gun. Just stop. Using Marjorie Taylor Green does not give your story and your conspiracy theories any more credibility. It just doesn't. I swear, these people, I mean, they criticize conservatives for QNON and all these wackos that we've had in the past, people like Tucker, for example, and these QAnon crazies. But Jojo and Harry Sisson, this is the liberal version of QAnon. I mean, these are crazy conspiracy theories that are completely unfounded about Trump's relationships, about Trump's uh health, about Trump's mental acuity, about JD Vance's marriage. These are just personal attacks and conspiracy theories being driven to try to deter from the results that we've had in the not even a year of his presidency. That's all it is. They're just lie machines, but for some reason, millions of people tune in and listen to this stuff. You and I both know that it holds no validity, and that if there was anything valid, credible, or truthful about what Harry Sisson or Jojo from Jurs or Rachel Maddous said or say, if there was anything valid, truthful, or credible about what they say, it would have already leaked and been in much larger, more successful media establishments way before they could ever report on it. When we come back, we'll introduce the latest member of the last gay syphilis recovery center, James Fishback, Florida governor hopeful, who now has to tell us why he has a habit of hanging out with teenage girls. That and more wacky Wednesday when we come back after these words. Welcome back, America, and allow me to introduce you to the latest member of the Last Gay Syphilis Recovery Center, James Fishback, a Republican candidate for governor in the state of Florida, has now been exposed as enjoying the company of teenage girls. How do we know this? He got engaged and moved in with one. When he was 27, he had a company called Incubate Debate, which is a debate company that assists schools, public and private, and young people that coordinates and organizes debate groups on various political issues around the country. One of the members of the team was a 17-year-old girl that he had inappropriate relationships with. If this isn't Elvis and me, the Priscilla Presley story, I don't know what is. This guy is saying, I never did anything. I never got arrested. Well, no, because there was no one there to press charges. First of all. Second of all, you got engaged to her after she turned 18. Are you gonna try to sit here and tell the people of Florida and the people of America that you pulled an Elvis and didn't do anything with her until she turned 18, until her 18th birthday? No, we're not that stupid. This guy is a total creep, liar, wannabe Donald Trump who should not be involved in politics at all. There's something seriously wrong with this man. My response to all of these people that want to jump to his defense is there is no more excuse. The times are not an excuse. Participating in young people's activities aren't an excuse. If you're a 27-year-old man and you own a company that involves participation with young people and teenagers, then you have the responsibility to make sure that you have witnesses and chaperones. And if you're a man, that you're largely managing and leading the males in the group, and that you have same-sex leadership helping the younger females. Every major business or company now has strict guidelines in place to keep this from happening. But you're a creep, and obviously you can't find a woman your own age, so you attack, go after, groom, and eventually mar or get engaged and plan to marry someone that you met when she was 17 and you were 27. It's absolutely disgusting. Even if she was 18, when you met her, it still doesn't excuse the creep factor. You're an older guy. What are you doing hanging out with women that are teenagers? Period. Furthermore, in my opinion, most of the people that are creeps always end up having companies and some sort of interaction with young people. Look at Larry Nasser. He was a doctor for gymnasts, young gymnast girls, and he liked to victimize young girls. Epstein. A lot of times, people who like to put themselves in position when they're surrounded by young people are also creeps. Not everyone, but a lot of them. So much like Epstein, much like Larry Nasser, this guy inserted himself with teenagers, fell in love with a 17-year-old, or fell in lust with a 17-year-old, waited till she turned 18, and now you're trying to convince all of us that you're Elvis Presley and you waited. Even though we know Elvis didn't wait, and we know you didn't wait either. But it doesn't matter. Waiting doesn't remove the creep factor. Like I always say, people have pass. I have a pass. People have past. Everyone makes mistakes. What makes you a degenerate is how you handle it. You made a bad choice. And I don't think you can come back from having an inappropriate relationship with a teenager that you eventually got engaged to and moved into. And then the telling part is in April of 2025, you renewed and had her sign a new gag order that she couldn't even talk about the engagement or living with you. That tells me you have something to hide. But the true testament of whether or not someone's a degenerate isn't what they've done in their past, it's how they've handled it. What does this guy do? He blames the victim. He lawyers up, he hits everyone with gag orders, threatens to sue them instead of talking about the fact that it might have been a lapse in judgment, you never went through with the marriage, and now you only date senior citizens or whatever you want to come back with. But no, he doubles down like a typical degenerate. Then even goes lower when he talks about Byron Donald's and his previous past having a record for felony theft. Byron Donald's has been arrested. He's talked about his past. He grew up in the inner cities. But guess what? He admits it. He owns it. He was punished. He was held accountable. He did his time. And now he's one of the most successful congressmen on Capitol Hill, representing one of the most successful states in the Union, the state of Florida. I got to spend a lot of time with Byron at CPAC last year. And I think that he is the best candidate. I really do. But as you know, I don't get into the endorsement game until primaries happen and things get a little bit more serious because I haven't had the opportunity to really weigh things in. To me, this is a non-starter. All this stuff going on with Epstein right now, and the amount of pedophilia and disgusting men that go after these teenage girls that's coming out. There is no way, shape, or form Republicans can endorse someone like this. He's a creep. And he's also, in my opinion, thinks he's Donald Trump, and he's using his business expertise and his personal success as a way to leverage himself as a good governor. But here's the problem with that. He's doing it to personally enrich himself. He's not doing it, taking a step back to serve the American people like Donald Trump did. Donald Trump took a pay cut. He's the only president in history that was worth less when he came out of his first term than when he started, because all the profitable activities that he normally worked on went to the back burner while he focused on fixing America. That is not what James Fishback is all about. James Fishback is about James Fishback. He's a Marjorie Taylor Green style Republican who will say and do anything for press and promote himself and his own weird, bizarre, wannabe Trump style approach to politics. It doesn't work. There's only one Donald Trump. So for him to continually bring up the fact that Byron Donald's has a past, a criminal past, while he's clearly had inappropriate relations with a teenager, I don't care if Byron Donald's robbed a bank at gunpoint. If he's done his time and he's built trust with his constituents to the point where he could be the next governor of Florida, that's okay. You, on the other hand, are blaming, lawyering up, and making disgusting accusations, and then trying to use someone else's past that's been completely clear, transparent, honest, and justified to excuse your behavior, getting engaged and moving into an 18-year-old that you met when she was 17. Sorry, you're not Elvis. Period. And you have no business in public service. And at this point, I don't think you have any business in any private company that has anything to do with young people. But these creeps always find their way back to the pedophile buffet. They always do. The Clintons of the world, the Nasser's of the world, they can't help themselves. So I have a feeling this is the tip of the iceberg with this guy. And the accusations are going to continue to come forward. Just seems to be par for the course when it comes to this James Fishback. He's a creep, and he either has severe brain rot from syphilis or he really is just pure scum. Which we like to give these syphilis sufferers the benefit of the doubt. We're here to help them heal and get better, not hurt them. Which is why when I saw Megan Kelly headlining at Turning Point USA's Amerifest in Phoenix, talking about how Ben Shapiro is losing subscribers in her weird, passive, aggressive way she likes to tear everyone around her down without being so direct about it that it doesn't come across as mean. That's exactly what she is. She's a mean girl who's rude and obnoxious, and when she doesn't get what she wants, she tears everybody down. And she's jealous. Ben Shapiro is the head of the conservative movement. He's launched the most successful political media company in the history of this country, probably the history of the world with the Daily Wire. They produce television shows, they have multiple podcast personalities, etc. It's a multi-multi-million, if not billion dollar business. And she's got a sad little show on Sirius XM, who largely has a base of listeners because of one person, Howard Stern. And when he retires, that promise you, that listener base that she has will probably be cut in half. He is the only thing anchoring the millions of subscribers that Sirius XM has. But when Stern is gone, they are going to have to deal with a lot of loss. So she's riding the wave of that success right now. But again, this is the lowest spot she's ever been in. She was at Fox, it didn't work out. She left Fox. She was awful to the president. She was never a conservative. She's a wannabe fake journalist. She's not never broken any major news stories. She goes to NBC because she hates Fox News, because she can't hack it there. She goes to NBC, her ratings are so bad. Gets exposed for doing blackface and then pretends she's going to take care of her family. No, she went into hiding for a couple years. So everyone would forget what a degenerate loser she was. And then she comes back on Sirius XM and expects all of us to go, oh, there she is, the conservative from Fox News. And for be it about the fact that she bashed the president. She actively worked hard to make sure the president didn't get elected. She went to the liberal media, to NBC, the most liberal station there is. Tried to have a daytime show there, failed because she couldn't hack it as a liberal correspondent. And now she's back doing the conservative thing. It's the only way she can maintain listeners. And apparently her audience is too stupid to remember the words of Dr. Maya Angelou, which are when people show you who they are, believe them the first time. She's shown us over and over again she does not walk the walk. She spouts and talks and says, whatever the latest sponsor or the latest headline or the latest clip will get her all the clicks and all the downloads that she needs. But she's not principled and she's never contributed to the conservative movement. She's actually been more detrimental with the way she handled the president in his first term while she was at Fox. Was atrocious, and we should all be very weary of anything she has to say. Ben Shapiro is not losing subscribers, and the Daily Wire is as financially strong as it's ever been. I know that for a fact. I think it's sad that Erica Kirk even put Megan Kelly on the dais for Turning Point USA. She should never even be at a Merifest. But this is what we're dealing with when we have a group of uh audience members or listeners or people in the conservative movement that have so bad, forgetful minute-by-minute coverage that someone comes on the scene, says something that makes sense, and all of a sudden we forget what a loser they are. We do it with John Fetterman. We do it with Bill Maher. A blind squirrel will eventually always find a nut. Megan Kelly will say something smart that makes sense for conservatives here or there, but that doesn't deter from the fact that she's an awful scum human being who does this for the money and doesn't do it for the movement. And she's not an active participant in true conservative politics. And she's said over and over again that she's not a true believer. She said that when she's talked to about Mark Levin, she said that when she's talked about her own career, she sort of just reports what she thinks, according to her. What we really know is she reports whatever the highest bidder would like her to report. But again, I think her days are numbered. People will begin to see through it again. You know, she's she is dynamic and she's very beautiful and she's smart. I understand the allure, but we have to ask for more from our conservative pundits and members of this movement. No longer reading a teleprompter with a few conservative talking points is enough to get the kind of support that she's getting. It's crazy to me. But that's the fast-paced world that we live in of ADHD, forgetting who people really are. And unfortunately, conservatives are constant victims of that because we're so used to craziness that when someone finally says something that makes sense, we stop in our tracks and forget that everything that they said leading up to it was a total lie or crazy conspiracy or anti-Semitic remark or racial slur or whatever it might be. So her attacks on Ben Shapiro are completely unfounded and very sad. And the fact that she thinks she had anything to do with his success, I mean, she did bring him onto Fox, but it wasn't her that brought him onto Fox. There are multiple hosts. He did multiple events in law school and in college. He had been published. He was going to be big regardless of her influence. Did she help? Sure. All of us that are in this position have people that help us. But for her to sit there and first talk about how he's hemorrhaging subscribers like she is the Almighty, and then talk about how she's the reason he's famous. And with that, folks, I'm out of time. But let me remind you quickly what Reagan once said on this wacky Wednesday, New Year's Eve. I know in my heart that man is good, that what is right will always eventually triumph. And there's purpose and worth to each and every life. Man, ain't that the truth? Happy New Year, everyone. God bless you, President Reagan, and may God save America.
